Wireless charging of autonomous mobile robots
Increasing demands on intralogistics are making processes ever more complex. Faster cycle times are the result. As a result, logistics companies' robot fleets are becoming ever larger. The problem here is that robot loading breaks slow down the overall process, loading zones require more and more space, which is then lacking for the storage of goods. The solution is "in-process charging".
By implementing wireless charging points along the work cycle of the logistics robots, both charging zones and charging breaks are eliminated. The Wireless Charging Protection System WCPS from PohlCon greatly increases the efficiency of logistics operations.
Strong partnership with strong charging power
The WCPS protective housing for wireless charging infrastructure includes the 3000W etaLINK charging pad from Wiferion. This enables the wireless charging process of autonomous mobile robots during their work processes. Thanks to our WCPS, the charging pad can be integrated flush with the floor in the logistics halls and is therefore also protected from the load of heavy vehicles.
With Wiferion at LogiMAT
LogiMAT, the largest annual intralogistics trade fair in Europe, sets new standards as an international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management. It is regarded as the leading international trade fair offering a comprehensive market overview and qualified knowledge transfer. Our PohlCon team will once again be on site at this year's edition to present WCPS.
You will find them at the Wiferion stand in Hall 6, Stand 6F76.
